“Only complaint is that there’s not enough Francesco and his team around. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My car was broken into, not only did they smash my window, they’d tried using a crowbar or some sort to pry open the door leaving damages to the roof and inner panels. Initially it looked like a simple repair job, instead, Francesco and the team replaced everything with brand new and genuine parts because he wasn’t able to accept any defects at the end of the job. Every seam and glass were replaced with only new and genuine parts. Colour matching paint mix etc. It felt like a brand new car on completion. The attention to details is immaculate and the service is 110%. They’ve updated me on the process of the car at every step, when they had started repairing, when they had started painting and when the job was done. Yes, we can match your car’s colour. We begin by using your vehicle’s colour code, found on the VIN plate, and then employ a spectrophotometer to ensure a correct match. In cases of sun fading or difficult-to-match limited-edition colours, we rely on traditional techniques, mixing and spraying test panels until the perfect match is achieved.
After a respray, it’s crucial to let the paint fully harden before washing your car. Although the paint is baked in our commercial spray booth to accelerate curing, it still needs time to achieve optimal durability.
We recommend waiting at least two weeks before washing, waxing, or exposing your vehicle to harsh conditions, as these could compromise the fresh paint. For best results, opt for hand washing instead of automatic car washes, which can be abrasive.

In most cases, your excess can be paid directly to your insurer or to us, your repairer. Some insurers may not offer this option, so it’s best to inquire when lodging your claim.
If you choose to pay through us, payment will be due once we have completed the repairs, and your vehicle is ready for collection. Please note that we cannot release your vehicle until the excess has been received.
