Managing Director
Francesco brings over 20 years of experience in the autobody industry, having started his career as a Refinish Technician in Italy. His expertise ranges from accident repairs on modern passenger vehicles to the restoration and customisation of 1970s and 1980s European classics and Japanese Domestic Market cars.
As the driving force behind Dynamic Autobody, Francesco oversees day-to-day operations while inspiring the team with his vision and unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. An Italian at heart, he has a deep appreciation for vintage European classics, with his favourite car being the Lancia Delta Integrale.
Venus
Director
Venus, co-owner of Dynamic Autobody, joined the industry about six years ago and has been an integral part of the business ever since. She manages the behind-the-scenes operations, including finance and marketing. While cars weren’t always her passion, Francesco and the team have gradually sparked her interest.
Venus has developed a love for 1960s and 70s American muscle cars and has a preference for black vehicles—despite her dislike of keeping them clean!
Ash
Autobody Estimator
Ash has been part of the autobody industry for over 14 years, starting his career as a Panel Beater before transitioning into Damage Analysis and Estimation. His expertise lies primarily in accident repairs for modern passenger vehicles. What Ash loves most about his role is connecting with new customers and helping them achieve their repair or restoration goals. He also loves the atmosphere, high energy and camaraderie of the team.
Renowned for his meticulous attention to detail and exceptional customer service, Ash is a UK-import who enjoys bottomless coffees. His dream car? The 1970 Nissan GT-R KPGC10.
Brad
Autobody Technician / Refinish Technician
Brad is a trade-certified professional with over 30 years of experience as a dual tradesman, excelling as both an Autobody Technician and a Refinish Technician. His extensive background includes the restoration of classic and exotic cars, with a unique skill set that allows him to completely rebuild a vehicle from the inside out.
A true craftsman, Brad takes pride in his work, enjoying the opportunity to share his passion for the trade, repair vehicles to the highest standard, and contribute his expertise in an environment that values his skills. Outside of work, Brad is a metalhead, who enjoys cricket and has a deep appreciation for early-model Mopars. His dream car is the iconic General Lee, a '69 Dodge Charger.
Jani
Autobody Technician / Refinish Technician
Jani is a highly skilled dual-trade technician with nearly 40 years of experience in the autobody repair industry. He began his career in Slovakia before immigrating to Australia, where he has spent the majority of his professional life honing his craft. With expertise spanning both classic and modern vehicles, Jani has encountered and mastered almost every aspect of vehicle smash repairs.
A man of few words and a real gentleman, Jani spends his weekends at the track, indulging his passion for motorbike racing. His dream car? The Lamborghini Huracan EVO in the colour green.
Jirra
Apprentice Refinish Technician
Jirra is the youngest member of our crew, but his maturity and dedication set him apart. Currently in his first year of apprenticeship, he’s making impressive strides in developing his skills, rarely needing guidance more than once. Jirra has an exceptional passion and eye for detail, qualities that make him a natural fit for spray painting—a craft he enjoys for its precision and focus.
A true enthusiast of JDM cars, Jirra loves going on night drives and spending quality time with his family. His dream is to one day own a 1998 Nissan Silvia S14 Kouki.
